I am passionate about sharing our experiences as a Christian blended family who has answered God’s call to adopt from foster care. Through our best days and the most crushing days we could imagine, God has been present and faithful in our lives. With an 18-year-old stepson, a 6-year-old biological daughter, and a 16-year-old adopted daughter, I do my best to keep it together with a respectable amount of coffee and a whole lot of Jesus! .
As a family of 5 we have a variety of interests:
- Going to local museums and points of interest
- Watching sports and live music
- Building our faith and supporting others by staying active with our church
- Advocating for those who experience and support the foster care system
- Kids’ activities including volleyball, tennis, swimming, and art
- Multigenerational and family travel on a budget
